The Rice Krispy Cheesecake is a decadent combination that adds up to a rich, sweet, and cool dessert that will be the hit of any cookout or potluck you take it to. The bonus is that you don't have to heat up your oven to make it! This is a combination you should have thought of already, or at least that what I thought. The crust is made like classic Rice Krispy Treats, pressed into a cake pan or a deep pie pan. You can do that a day or two ahead of time. Yes, you may have some left over- is that a crime? Fill that pan with a homemade no-bake cheesecake recipe and chill. There's even marshmallow fluff in the cheesecake! I would recommend having plenty of coffee ready when you serve this, to cut the sugar overload.
