Here at the Neatorama network, we are fans of the works of Celine Rousseau. She’s a gourmand who enjoys the full sensory experience of food. That’s not just filling your belly, but also experiencing food as flavors, aromas, textures, and edible works of visual art.
Although Rousseau has eaten at the finest restaurants at world, if I understand her correctly, her site, La Table, is devoted to the table that she shares with her husband. Most recently, she served a romantic snack of strawberries shaped to resemble lobsters. I wonder if the lemon slices, which add a tartness to lobster flesh, accent the sweetness of the fruit.
